I would like to hire a woman (sorry guys I am not comfortable having man here when hubby isn't) to work primarily in the yard, but some in the house as well at times. In the fall I would need help canning etc. The duties are primarily weeding, spreading bark dust and compost and setting up the big sprinkler. I pay 13 an hour for starters. I am not taking out taxes etc. Do the math... you would be making an equivalent to what 17-18 an hour? If I see you are good at it... I will give you a raise to 15 and hour I need you to be able to commit to working here the entire season... through August at least. Preferable into October. You will need to follow virus protocol. Wear a mask when in the house. In the yard none is required unless we need to be close to one another for me to explain things. I hired a homeless couple in the past that burned me bad... I won't be repeating that. You need to have a verifiable address and references. I need someone to work at least 2, 4-5 hrs shifts a week. Starting as early as possible in the day. For April and May I could use you a lot more hours if you are available. You need to have reliable transportation. We have dogs, if you aren't comfortable working around dogs this is not the place for you. No drugs or booze until you check out. And..... you need to leave your phone in the house with me. If there is an emergency, I will come out and get you. You need to be reasonably strong and fit. If not.. it will show and we won't be able to work together. Other than the above.. I am flexible.. we can change days and hours as needed if you desire.
