I am looking for a Skilled Finish Carpenter to do some Fine Carpentry/ Cabinetry work in the Tustin area Must haves and needed skills: • Must Have Own Tools • Stairs: o Be able to build/re-build Traditional Staircases o Install/Build Stair molding o Leveling Stairs and Staircase. • Cabinets and Finish work: o Build on site Vase frame Cabinets and Shelving. (Drawers and doors are purchased offsite) o Build/install fireplace mantel o Wayne’s Coating trim work. • Bathroom: o Remodeling o Hydro Waterproofing o Tub/Sink installation o Setting Tile, ETC… • Must take pride in their work. • Must be able to communicate in English. • High level painting skills A +++ • Flooring Skills A +++ This job can be for multiple people or just one person.
