-Daily inspection of facility looking for damage, needed repairs, or assisting customers with repairs to units.

-Greet customers and others in a professional manner
-Wear company required uniform and abide by company dress code at all times
-Show, rent and clean units
-Answer the telephone in a professional manner
-Perform daily lock check and patrol facility on a continual basis daily
-Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
-Would be a plus if possessed maintenance/ handyman skills for repairs around the facility that include but are not limited to sprinklers, gate systems, garage doors, pressure washer, dump station.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintain an exceptionally clean facility
-Clean facility, including power washing, picking up trash and cigarette butts, sweeping, using the blower, office cleaning, mop, outdoor and indoor spaces, vacant units, doors, hallways, sweeping, landscaping, iented, and an observant individual who is customer focused. This is a physical job and requires a person who is active and enjoys working outdoors.
