We are Elite Mobile Units Inc., an Oregon based company, and a subsidiary to Elite Mining Inc. | We are a highly dynamic company that is pushing the envelope on innovation. We are experiencing hyper growth in our company of our branch location in Chehalis. We are looking for 4-5 Night (Swing) shift and maybe 1 or 2 day shift workers for our company. We are currently expanding our Headquarters to Cheyenne, WY for our second location and plan to expand to either Texas or the east coast soon after. Our demand for our products and services is absolutely through the roof and need good people, and good help. We value character very high here. We are heavily involved in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, and experience is not needed in cryptocurrencies and does not factor into your qualifications, however it is a plus. Most of the job positions are of a temporary contract until you have proven yourself to be valuable to our team. Most of our current work is based on independent contracts. We are a meritocracy type of company. We believe in everyone doing their part, and every role in our company is important. Everyone has a voice here, and can contribute more than just labor, especially once you prove to be worthy of retaining long term. Those who do their part to the highest standard will receive rewards much beyond just a regular wage. We incentivize those in our company with heavy share compensation. We are on the verge of shipping our IMPs (Immersion Mining Pods) to international countries, and are working with some of the largest bitcoin / alt mining farms on planet earth. There is opportunities to work in other continents in the next year or two as well. Most of the job positions we are looking to fill are for entry level / apprentice level positions. We look for applicants who are on time, on task, and are of excellent work ethic. We are specifically looking for 2 positions that are willing to travel and install our equipment in remote locations allover the U.S. Any experienced applicants are welcome to apply, but we have a highly unique compensation model and it might not fit your typical corporation cookie cutter. For those who are more experienced, you're not going to get a high per hour in terms of FIAT compensation. To be very specific, if you are seeking a high dollar per hour for FIAT, we -do not- believe in FIAT as a valuable method of compensation, and is not a part of our company model. If you're fiscally comfortable in your life and are looking for a route to independent wealth in short order, this is what we can offer through the core of our company through restricted stock. C-suite and Lead positions mostly fall within this category. Well working smart phone is required for this position. All entry level positions / apprentice / journeyman positions are between 12-15 dollars an hour for FIAT compensation. Negotiations for light / heavy share compensation are on a case by case basis.
