• Madison Management Group is looking for a full-time warehouse associate in the city of Santa Fe Springs. We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, experienced and reliable person to come in and become an asset to our company. Working hours would be from 8:00 AM – 4 :30PM Monday – Friday. We offer pick and pack, Amazon, and Walmart/Sears fulfilment for our clients as well as receiving their product accurately, palletizing, and stowing their shipments in an efficient manner. Job Duties include: • Prepare daily shipments for USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon. • Unload, separate, organize product, and perform all daily activities necessary to ensure production doesn’t halt • Locate products in the warehouse while reading rack locations. • Communicate with warehouse manager/office staff any issues encountered while fulfilling orders or sorting receiving items • Prepare pallets for Amazon LTL shipments while following Amazon shipping protocols. • Loading and unloading freight both manually or with equipment such as Forklifts and pallet jacks. • Wrapping pallets once sorted to stow safely into the racks. • Open up return boxes from Amazon and sort by FNSKU/individual SKU. • Accurately store materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly and efficient manner to rotate inventory as needed. • Safely load materials into UPS, FedEx, or Amazon trucks when carriers arrive for their daily pickups. • Monitor inventory levels of products, supplies and work materials to the warehouse never runs out • Operate Yale stand-up/sit-down Forklifts and pallet jacks while complying with safety guidelines Requirements; • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. • Preferred 1 year or more of warehouse experience • Preferred previous experience on sit-down and standup forklifts, training will be provided. • Strong communication skills to effectively relay messages to upper management when any issue occurs. • Attention to detail – SKUs are very similar; we need someone who is going to take the time to ensure each product is counted and received correctly for inventory purposes. • Maintain professional and healthy relationship with the rest of the staff. • Ability to work independently and problem solve successfully. • Good time and attendance record.
