Nanny for Infant, starting part-time in mid-May, then transition to full-time in June (First couple weeks on part-time schedule will be a training/acclimation period before mom returns to working) Full Time Schedule: Starting June 1 or 7 (exact date TBD) 8am-5pm (with flexibility to end a little early some days or extend longer other days, as needed) Location: Poway, California Responsibilities: Caring for infant, cleaning-up after infant, letting dog out to backyard; Taking child outside for fresh air and sun on walks, visits to park May include meal prep for parents also- TBD Ideal Candidate: Loving, attentive, and confident nanny who takes initiative and who can problem-solve and use independent judgement; Has know-how in soothing and calming baby with a work-at-home parent; Active, enjoys getting outside for walks and visits to the park with baby and dog (Must love dogs and engaging with dog as member of the family) Big plus (but not required) if certified swim instructor or lifeguard certified (if yes, nanny can take baby into family's pool) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred but not required) Minimum 1 year experience babysitting/nannying for newborns/infants Able to provide at least 2 references to verify childcare experience Clear, professional communication skills (written and oral) Able to pass a standard criminal background screen COVID vaccinated CPR and First Aid certified Have own reliable transportation Legal authorization to work in the United States
