FREE! I have a Bow Flex Ultimate Home Gym without the Leg Attachment. It has the 310 lb. (140kg) of resistance, and the extra 110 lb. (49.9kg) of resistance rods for a total 410 lb. resistance. I need to use the space it consumes in my apartment for something unavoidable. I am giving it away because I got it at the Salvation Army 5 years ago for $60, and I believe that the wonder of such an event must be passed on to someone else. When I got it, it did not have the long straight squat bar. It did have the tapered lat bar. The sliding seat has 4 rollers. When I got it the one on the left back is cracked, but it still rolls smoothly with a slight bump when it rolls over the crack. You will need a pickup truck to move it because it is an awkward size. It is not un-manageably heavy as long as you are rolling it. It is heavy when it has to be lifted.
