Service Evaluation Concepts is looking for a mystery shopper to evaluate testing center procedures. This is a great side gig! Here are the steps to get started. 1. Register with us as a Brand Agent at www.serviceevaluation.com 2. Search by state for the assignment in your city. 3. Click the blue AD # and scroll down to find the CBA exam to certify to shop this Client. Take the CBA exam. 4. Pick up the assignment. 5. We send an email with available dates to visit the test center. You must respond to this email to be scheduled for the visit. 6. Read the guidelines and training materials we provide to complete this shop. 7. Visit the test center and act as a test taker. You do not need to actually pass the test. 8. Stay at the test site for just over an hour. 9. Return home and fill out a report online with your findings.
