Sadler Company is on the search for new crew members! We are a concrete contractor based in the Cedar Valley and we are looking to hire honest employees with good work ethics. Experience in concrete is not required but would be a plus. Typical job duties may include setting concrete forms and grading, removing old concrete with skid loader or excavator, driving dump truck, transporting equipment, placing and finishing concrete, cutting and placing rebar, saw cutting concrete, equipment and truck maintenance, etc. Applicants with concrete/ general construction experience will be highly considered. CDL license would be a huge plus. Overtime potential. Wages are based on experience. Paid holidays. Yearly bonus incentives. Applicants with valid drivers licenses are preferred.
