Description

Marina Forklift Operator needed for a marina in Tarpon Springs. This person is responsible for providing superior care and service to customers and their vessels at all times. He/she is in charge of maintaining the docks, marina facilities, tools, equipment, as well as to provide safe and efficient forklift operation to ensure a great experience for our customers. Looking for someone who also has basic mechanical skills. The physical demands of this job include extreme outside conditions including: heat, rain, and cold weather. Because this job requires both physical and mental demands, the person for this job is required to work well under all conditions and to possess a high level of common sense skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Previous marina forklift experience and boat driving skills preferred. Require weekends and most holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license, be able to swim, work well with others, show up to work on time and be drug and alcohol free. Healthcare and dental benefits offered after 90 days. Starting pay $20/hr.
