Job Description Landscape Construction Foreman needed Compensation: $18-$23/hour depending on experience Employment type: full-time/year round Landscape Laborers needed Compensation: $15-$18/hour depending on experience Employment type: full-time/possible year round work J&P Landscaping is a landscape construction business that focuses on residential and commercial landscape construction. J&P Landscaping is looking to hire a Landscape Foreman and laborers (multiple) for the 2021 landscape season. This job offers a diverse range of tasks in landscape installation. Experience is required for Landscape Foreman position but not the laborer position. This is a seasonal full time position that starts as early as March and usually ends by December 15th. The Landscape Foreman will be a year round position. Performance based end of season bonus with employees that work the full growing season. Job Duties: Employee will be expected to help with a wide range of landscape services. Including but not limited to: * Landscape construction commercial and residential properties * Landscape installation and renovations * Installation of sod, rock, edging * Planting: trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals * Hardscape installation: flagstone/paver patios & walkways, stone veneer & drystack walls, block & timber walls, & Firepit construction * Sprinkler installation, repair, and troubleshoot * Water Feature installation Minimum Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience required for Landscape Construction Foreman position * Preferably 1 year experience for Landscape laborers, but will train right personnel. * Must be self-starter, willing to learn, communicate effectively and represent our company well * Reliable, punctual, good attitude, willing to do hard physical work every workday * Hours range from 40-50 hrs per week Monday - Friday. Weekend work may be possible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
