Small, specialized high-end Design Build firm seeking local Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. Ideal Candidate: - Experienced in overseeing all phases of residential construction jobsites for high-end single family home wood frame construction and interiors. - Proficient ability to read and understand construction documents and plans - Resides within 1 hour travel distance to Sagaponack, NY with own means of transportation. - Hard working, reliable, ability to work self-sufficiently, and flexibility to perform a variety of tasks. - 5 years of proven practical or educational experience. College degree a plus.
