Description: Construction company is looking for Field Foreman with strong knowledge of masonry facade restoration, raking and repointing, lintel replacement, sill replacement, replacement of bricks, rebuild parapet wall, partial/full roof replacement, crew management, reading and understanding drawings, and should have minimum 2-5 years working experience. This position requires you to have all required DOB/OSHA certificates including: * 40 Hour Site Safety Manager Training(NYC approved) * 32 Hour Supported Scaffold Training(NYC approved) * 32 Hour Suspended Scaffold Training(NYC approved) * 30 Hour OSHA Construction Training We are willing to assist a candidate with obtaining the above certifications, but the employee must cover the cost and cannot start work until they've been obtained. The ideal candidate would: 1) Correctly manage placement of crew for work and maintain productivity and efficient along with safety. 2) Manage all on-site materials and deliveries in an organized manner. Order materials as necessary for work. 3) Maintain a schedule to ensure long term productivity(long lead items) on the job site. 4) Maintain daily productions reports for all work force( including all subcontractors). 5) Communicate with Project PM and all subcontractors to coordinate work, attend all meetings, schedule deliveries. You must have strong ability to read analyze and implement construction plans and specifications. This job is for immediate hiring and SPANISH is a plus. Even though our office is located in Queens, NY, we have projects in all the boroughs. Salary: TBD Experience Required 2-5 years Position: FULL-TIME
