Description
We are a mid size Construction company located in Manhattan, with a focus on Concrete and Steel. Our Workshop and Storage facility is located in Yonkers NY.
We are seeking a Candidate for the following job description:
-Accept deliveries at our Warehouse/Workshop
-Driving to pick up Materials, Supplies and Equipment and delivering to the job sites
-Coordinating with on site personnel to determine on site needs as projects change and develop
-Keeping the Warehouse/Shop organized (All Materials, Tools, Equipment)
-Making sure the Vehicles and Equipment are maintained regularly and kept all in good working order
-Keep track of Warehouse/Shop Inventory of Materials, Supplies, Tools and Equipment
-Loading and Unloading of Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Construction Debris into/out of Trucks at jobsites and at our facilities.
-Keeping track of Receipts from Vendors and delivering them weekly to our Controller.
-Periodic communication with Customers (Site Supers, Loading Dock Personnel etc)
You will report to our 3 Project Managers as you will be communicating with all 3 of them throughout each day.
Must speak Fluent English and Spanish is a Plus
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
