Need handy individual to perform minor superintendent duties for small 4 family building on 68th street off blvd east. $200.00 per month to do the following:
1. 3 times a week bring trash cans and recycling to and from curb
2. Walk around common area and exterior to make sure everything is okay ( change light bulbs, test fire alarm once a month).
3. Clean once a month common hallway and exterior when needed (e.g. autumn leaves).
4. Clear snow in winter (separate payments per snowfall).
