Must LOCAL be reliable and punctual and be able to lift at least 50 pounds of weight. Duties include: Trash Removal - put trash including recycling on the sidewalk, twice a week for each building Sweeping Interior and exterior communal areas, twice a week for each building Snow removal (immediately after snow stops) Must wear uniform when conducting duties (black pants, sneakers and company t-shirt or jacket). $40 Per hour up to 5 hours per week. Opportunity for more hours in the future. Immediate start for the right candidate.
