Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a small apartment community in Pennsauken, NJ 08105.
The position is 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm.
*Basic repair knowledge of various building systems
*Electrical work; Installation and repair of light fixtures, switches, outlets etc.
*Plumbing work; Installation and repair of faucets, drains, toilets etc.
*Carpentry work; Installation and repair door jams, door knobs, trim molding, cabinets etc.
*Sheetrock repair/ spackling/ painting
*Some appliance repair, hot water tanks, windows
Duties:
*Complete work orders in a timely manner
*Prepare vacant units for new move ins and inspections
*Organize and schedule work with Property Manager
Boiler License & Bi-Lingual a Plus but not mandatory
Live on Site is an option that can be discussed during interview process.
