Schedule: First shift (7AM – 3:30PM); Saturday shifts, and overtime available Job Duties/Responsibilities – Ideal Candidate should have experience and/or convey a strong interest in the following: • Refinishing of exterior and interior of tractors, trailers, chassis, and light duty trucks • Prepare existing, repaired, and/or replaced vehicle parts for refinishing • Assist with application of primers and surfacers • Use of hand tools for preparation, including sanding, filling, and taping • Experience with application of waterborne paint and personal protective equipment Duties performed in this role will be conducted in a manufacturing shop environment where employees may be exposed to loud noises, machinery, and heavy equipment. All employees are required to wear the appropriate protective equipment when performing assigned duties. Requirements: • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders or scaffolding • Takes pride in a clean and safe work environment • Ability to communicate effectively with production line team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet daily production goals • Dependable, friendly, and team oriented Applicants MUST attach a current resume and MUST answer ALL of the below questions in your response.
