The primary function of the Driver is to plan and execute delivery activities. This includes preparing for deliveries, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with product connections or returns. The Driver is responsible for unloading, and checking essential delivery equipment. The Non-CDL Driver is also responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles, and observing safety procedures regarding federal, state, and local regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. It is critically important that the Delivery Associate execute all tasks while following safety procedures. Lastly, the Non-CDL Driver is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid state-issued driver's license
Clean Driving Record
Ability to read, writes, and performs basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
Minimum 21 year of age.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, lift gate, and similar equipment.
6 months experience performing driving duties.
CDL License is not required
