Rehoming cat

Long story short, my wife and I are about to have our first child. We have come to the conclusion we need to rehome our cat. He is 4 years old, orange, you know, normal cat. He really wants to go outside, but we live in an apartment complex. So, indoor outdoor situation would be ideal for him. He can be a love kitty when we wants to. Doesn't like being picked up, but will let you for a little while lol I figure he would be okay around kids. He doesn't bite or anything. We have a dog, and they get along well enough. Never had any issues like that. He is healthy and had all his shots when we got him. We just want to see him go on to a new home that will care for him well. That is all, top priority. No fee, or whatever people charge sometimes for cats.
