German Shepherd No Paper Proof of Training

4 year old German Shepherd for adoption. No papers but full blooded. She is obedience and protection trained. I have video proof as well as certificate of completions. The Shepherd & classes cost over $1200.00 She is House-Broken (she will only go to a home that will keep her inside.) She is Leash Trained but will walk off a leash and be obedient when ask to stay, come etc., She is Loyal and Protective. She is protective trained. (She hates guns. She can look at them but not hear them, it bothers her.) She hates other dogs and will be dog aggressive. SO SHE MUST BE YOUR ONLY DOG. She does like cats but only the ones that she lives with. She will chase strays and wildlife. This brings me to the reason she is being considered for rehoming. She chases deers. She hyper focuses on them and will try to chase them across the highway near our house. Causing her to be leashed full time at our home since we do not have a fence. I would like to see her go to someone that needs a loyal companion. That is financial secure to pay for her vet expenses. She has skin problems and needs baths and vet visits. With my recent hours cut due to COVID19 I am not able to afford the expensive shampoos and the vet visits any longer. I am keeping my cat because he is the least expensive pet I own. Lady being the most. Yes there is cost to owning her. There is a rehoming fee. I am not selling her I have over $1200 in her. I would like to ask $500.00 for her adoption fee but this will be reduced for verified vet proof and a right fit. So, it is negotiable. I am not selling her I am rehoming her. Which means if: You have dogs you will not be approved to adopt her. If you do not have vet references you will not be approved to adopt her. If you seem to not be financial stable to provide for her you will not be approved. She is great with kids but she is large. She has never ever been aggressive towards a child. I have 3 as well as lots of nieces and nephews and she loves all of them. You can text me at four - tow- 3 27six 0 -one eighty-nine I will not ship her. It is meet and greet and in person or not interested in rehoming her with you. I will not send you money so you can then send me money back. I'm not stupid. Don't waste my time if you don't have a reasonable negotiable rehoming fee and you meet the requirements. Not being mean but she is a special girl and she deserves a special person. Would absolutely love to see her with a veteran.
