The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
-Dumpster oversight, and pool clean up.
-Inspect all breezeways as per schedule determined by Maintenance Supervisor.
-Complete any pressure washing assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
-Weekly “spruce up” of market ready vacant apartments to be shown.
-Common Areas – Maintain common areas, keep clean.
-Maintain breezeways
-Daily cleaning of laundry room and model apartment.
-Gather and remove litter/trash.
-Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features, -- including pathways to all vacant apartments and model apartments.
-Water lawns, trees, and plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
-Trim and pick flowers, and clean flower beds. Keep free of trash.
