Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, evaluate employees • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency • Organize, design vignettes for displays, pricing • Inventory, upload items to website/POS • Social media/Online Sale sites • Optimize Sales Strategies through all outlets Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong leadership qualities • Reliable, responsible, independent • Ability to lift 60 lbs. • Must work weekends • Knowledge of computer/POS/website/social media ALSO LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKERS
