Landscaping helper, construction helper, and general maintenance helper needed for New Haven real estate company. Part to full time position. Flexible scheduling. Lifting is required - Must be good natured and able to communicate clearly with co-workers and other trades - Must be able to work independently with limited supervision - Must be very respectful, reliable, and trustworthy - Must be free of drug and alcohol issues - Must be able to pass a background check All types of labor and trades experience are beneficial - carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, demolition, landscaping, etc. $16/hr
