Job Description Company information: - Weeks Hardwood Flooring is a family-owned, local company in Greensboro, NC. Started in 1979, we are the leading flooring company in the Triad area. We are based in Guilford County and manage jobs there as well as every surrounding county. Description of role: - Our company specializes in residential/commercial flooring installation and refinishing. We work on a healthy of mix of new home construction projects and existing home remodeling projects as well as light commercial projects. We work hand in hand with both General Contractors and individual homeowners on a daily basis. - We are looking for experienced and highly motivated flooring installers and/or sanders with a competitive spirit and admirable work ethic. We are looking to fill both foreman and helper roles. - For foreman - we are typically looking for 3+ years of hardwood flooring experience or 5+ years of general flooring experience. For helpers - no experience is required. A knowledge of basic tools and a willingness to take pride in your work will go a long way. We are a growing company in search of quality foreman wanting to make a career out of hardwood flooring installation/refinishing and we are excited to train anybody for that role that has interest. Most of our current foreman have been with us 10+ years. Some have been with us over 20 years. We have over 250 years of hardwood flooring experience between our in-house crews. - A valid driver's license is required. Work schedule: - Full time. Monday-Friday you will be busy as well as working some Saturday's as needed to complete jobs. This is a 50-60 hour/week job with lots of overtime available weekly.
