Disabled person parked his vehicle somewhere in Westchester Count prior to being hospitalized 3/22. He has zero memory of where. Likely it was parked in the parking lot of a large store. Police cannot list it as stolen because he doesn't know if it has been stolen. Catch 22. Please help if you can. 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Blue. Vermont plates.
