Manor of Hope presents a FREE Easter Dinner meal from the HEART Kitchen! Individuals and families welcome. Manor of Hope is excited to present a FREE Easter Dinner for families and individuals out of the HEART Kitchen. This to-go meal will provide sliced ham, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Reservations required. Pick up is between 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM on Sunday, April 4th. This is a FREE community meal thanks to Manor of Hope and PACS.
