We will start this class at a local Asian Market to find all of our ingredients that we will need and then we will start cooking! For this class, we will meet at Jax Oriental Grocery at 10AM, take a quick tour, and then purchase some ingredients to cook at Blue Bamboo. We'll eat everything that we cook, and learn some interesting techniques along the way.
