Lead Worker Rainshield is a locally owned and operated company in Whatcom County that has been serving our community since 1988. We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to continue growing and expanding their skill-set. We work on a wide range of projects and need someone who can adapt and come up with creative solutions to unique challenges. Minimum Requirements: • 2 yrs. Experience in general construction required. • Leadership capabilities. • Ability to understand and follow workplace safety guidelines. • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Ability to drive work truck/box van. • Must be proficient in basic skills, including: a) Measuring & cutting b) Proper use of hand & power tools. c) Work scope comprehension d) Task completion Characteristics We Seek: • Eager to learn and willing to listen. • Ability to multi-task and problem solve. • Motivated self-starter who works well independently and with a team. • Organized and detail driven. • Punctual with a strong work ethic.
