Looking to rehome 10 old terrier mix

We have a small 10 year old dog that we need to find a more suitable home for. He's a adorable white terrier mix that just a LOT of attention and exercise and we both work full time and we just can not give that to him. He LOVES people and love sleeping with my teenage son when he's over and snuggles are his favorite. He has such incredible potential and is super intelligent and his brain and body needs activities and we cannot provide that for him. That dog will put up with anything! You can groom him for an hour and he will stand there and let you do anything to him, including bathing. His loves to fetch the ball and will do that forever. He had extensive ($1000) dental surgery done over the Xmas and has now beautiful clean teeth. They extracted a lot of them. He's also had blood work done and is very healthy. He's on a good diet, I treated him for all allergies ( I do holistic allergy elimination), and he's getting groomed this coming Tuesday. He does no like other animals though. He's just so stubborn that he does not let anyone but people thought his 'bubble'. He was coddled when he was a puppy and he just loves being with people. He's a little dog after all, so he likes to bark. But when he gets plenty of exercise and he is super mellow and will sleep a lot. Because we don't have time for him, he drives us crazy. He's ok with cats and with dogs as well but he just won't interact with them as one would wish. He'd be better off in a home where there's no other dogs. Rehoming fee applies.
