READ ALL - I have 4 things I need wired and installed. I'd like to hire 1 person to do all. You have to leave Name, Phone, Quote and earliest availability to do the first job which will be the Exterior LED lighting. I will not respond to Call me/I have to come see it first. QUOTES only will get a reply if I like the price and timing to do the job. - Install wired attic Fan. Cut hole for vent seal cover with roofing, plus wire the electrical - 3 wires. - LED lighting in Sofit are of home (3 sides). Insert should fit a 4" hole saw for drill. Wire to one then jumper the rest. I'm looking to install about 15-20 lights. Quote 20 - Install 1 flood light - Run on/off switch from deck lighting to patio area. Please provide quote to do each job as I will pay for each COMPLETED job separately. I want a flat rate for each job. I do have some 12/3 wire and will pay for materials required. Your quote should be labor only for each task as a flat price.
