Need welder for small job maybe 2-4 hours if you're really good even lesser. On the 2 red dots you'll weld 2 rollers. Then on the 2 green dots you'll weld the wheels. The yellow represents the metal that'll be added to hold gate, basically my gate it's a swinging gate and im making it into a rolling gate have all material except for yellow hoping you have some extra you don't need
