MUST already know how to mow in perfectly straight lines(baseball field perfection)...these are very particular clients. Also MUST know how to (EDGE WITH A STRING TRIMMER PERFECTLY) edge and trim PERFECTLY. YOU WILL BE TESTED UPON EMPLOYMENT. Averaging 10+ yards per day. Right now we are averaging 35+ hours per week. I pay $11 per hour and payday is at the end of every week. MUST be ALREADY in great physical health. PUSH MOW a walk behind "22 inch self propelled mower on residential yards. You ride with me in my company truck and we complete the yards together. 2 people, One truck, residential yards, not a commercial company running in busy traffic streets with life death experiences. I-45 and 518 is approximately the location we meet every morning at 7:30 AM sharp. MUST have reliable transportation to and from work. (not a ride from a friend, flat tire mishappenings, etc) Mon thru Fri...unless rain or extra landscaping projects lead us to Saturday and Sunday work. Lunch is not a long stop at noon...we snack if needed between travel time to lawns, then we get to go home...Pay starts when you arrive to work and ends when we are back at starting place. No dividing up lunch hours etc. straight pay from start to finish. This is a contract position, but year round employment. I pay well, on time every time. I'M LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM EMPLOYEE.
