Advanced Micro Targeting (AMT) is a direct democracy firm that sells big ideas. Big ideas like ending government corruption, giving voters the right to decide what’s best for them, and electing leaders who actually listen to the voters. We are currently hiring canvassers and team leaders to outlaw dark money in Arizona government. We go where the people are. Sometimes knocking on doors, approaching people in parking lots, libraries and other venues where people gather. Being comfortable working outside for long hours is a must. Previous canvassing, sales or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We will train the right candidates. Our staff come from diverse professional backgrounds, and many have worked with AMT for over 5 years. Employees who excel will have opportunities to advance into leadership roles. I tend to have high standards for performance for myself and for others I thrive on creating solutions that impact the greater good I sometimes wonder if others think, dream and struggle in the ways I do Key Duties: Approaching and engaging with registered voters in public spaces Educating voters on the petition you are circulating Collecting signatures in order to qualify the issue for the ballot Requirements: Sales acumen: Must be able to approach the public in various locations Articulate and Persuasive: Must be able to explain complicated political issues quickly and persuade voters to sign a petition Team Player: Must be able to handle constructive criticism and work with a group Detail-Oriented and Honest: Must be able to following strict petitioning laws to collect valid, complete signatures Willingness to work long hours Pay Rates: $120 - $150 per day. Before you apply, you must: · Be 18 years of age or older. · Be able to pass a background check. · Have a valid Driver’s License or State issued I.D. · Be honest, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. · Be devoted to working in a team environment.
