Must have or be able to obtain a 24ft or 26ft box truck. Owner/Operator Contract $200-$500 per load Qualifications • Driver's License (Required) • Box Truck Driving: 1 year (Preferred) • Will need cargo insurance for $50,000 • Limited Liability (ic only) insurance for at least 100,000 (ic only) • Hourly employees will not need the insurance as the company will provide Full Job Description We’re looking for an hourly & Owner/Operators Independent Contractors in Austin, Area. Must have or be able to obtain a 24ft or 26ft box truck. Delivery Drivers are professional, courteous and genuinely enjoy working with people. Solid communication skills, safe driving skills, and dependability are necessary. Driver Responsibilities: • Delivering palletized products to various Local stops • 1-5 stops per night. • Operate Liftgate and Pallet jack. • Must be able to load and unload your own truck. • Flexible availability, routes are available 7 days a week at all times of the day. The Work • Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise without damage • Verify product information and accessories to ensure it matches for deliveries • Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow delivery schedule set by management • Accurately document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets • Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met • Any other reasonable duties requested by management Requirements • United States at least 25 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). • Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 12:00am to 11:59pm. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly or pallet jack • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • Proper customer service etiquette • Uphold our partners Brands and protect company assets • Maintain a professional appearance • Strong technical skills and/or working knowledge • Must own a Android or Iphone Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200.00 - $500 per day Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 12 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends Experience: • Box Truck Driving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • 24 or 26 foot box truck with a liftgate (Required) Work Location: • Kyle Texas Vehicle: • 24ft-26ft Box trucks with Lift gate and pallet jack This Job Is: • A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply • Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED • A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) • A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely: • No COVID-19 Precaution(s): • Remote interview process Be an early applicant
