Growing pool service company is looking to hire IMMEDIATELY a pool service tech. We're willing to train but would prefer a candidate with some experience. The skill set we are looking for is someone who can maintain pools efficiently and perform high-quality repairs on equipment and plumbing. The main duties of the right candidate would be to maintain the pools on the daily route schedule which would include: removing debris from pool service and floor, precisely balancing chemicals and inspecting equipment slab for any issues. Additionally: Accurately diagnose cause of pool maintenance issues and report back to owner what the issues are. Report any issues or concerns with the owner. Communicate effectively with supervisor and customers to ensure complete transparency of the repair or replacement process. Exhibit professional conduct at all times, as well as maintain positive attitude, whether at the job site or talking to supervisor or customers.
