Stump Removal - Mostly Rotted

I’m looking for someone to come chip at this stump today. It is very rotted (if i kick it it crumbles). Just someone with some equipment (chainsaw, axe) that can remove and haul a lot of it. I suspect it’s almost all rotted through to the ground, but someone to work on making it flush for a few hours. Please let me know cost or hourly rate and equipment you will bring. Need to haul away pieces/dirt.
