All Aboard! To PINfinite Possibilities *When the Arctic storm hit Houston on February 15th, no one expected to experience such unusually harsh conditions combined with a long-term loss of power, heat, and water. As a result, we have decided to partner with Kids’ Meals, a non-profit organization aiming to end childhood hunger by delivering free healthy meals to kids in need. Kids’ Meals lost their supplies due to the freeze, and they need our help to get back to ending childhood hunger, one meal at a time. Our upcoming bus tour is a donation-only event, where your donation will secure your ticket and we will match that donation dollar for dollar, making twice the impact. All proceeds will go directly to Kids’ Meals to aid their efforts during this time. We’re looking forward to doing good together while teaching you about the benefits of real estate—all at the same time!* About the Tour Each tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners (lenders, inspectors, general contractors, etc.). We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a property already owned by a PIN member where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. We also go to a couple properties that are available to contract through PIN’s exclusive access. Our strategic partners assist us by going through the PIN process onsite and help us analyze the investment in real time, and also answer any questions from the group! We return back to our starting point, where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given access to other exclusive real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network and ask questions.
