Did you buy one of the newfoundland bully mix pups?

Looking for people who purchased a newfoundland bully mix pup from a lady in N.Manchester. The pups were 6 weeks old. I got one of the pups and he is covered in a very dry itchy rash (cant get him into the vet yet). Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so have you had any luck clearing it up? I have bathed him in baby shampoo with oatmeal and a straight oatmeal bath. Nothing is helping him.
