Please note you do not have to be insured to participate, and we will not ask you for anything on your coverage other than name of provider. Must be residents of Alameda or San Mateo County. For your participation you will receive $200.00 on the same day of study, via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check or gift card (your choice). Must have a reliable laptop or desktop with reliable internet as this project will be conducted via zoom. Our tech department will help you with Zoom if you are not familiar with it.
