Wanted - Yard Clean-up & Remove Trimmings

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST before replying if you are interested in this work. Hopefully, you can give a general price range based on photos provided. But a firm estimate would be better. Your estimate should include haul away as well. A near empty "green barrel" is available for some of it. Full payment will be made in CASH upon job completion. I am looking for someone to cut and trim overgrown grass in both front and back yards (see photos). Also would like yard edged, front hedge trimmed, small flower bed cleaned up, with weeds in along and in concrete cracks removed. Chemical spray treatment for weeds would be nice to do, but is not required. The back yard has a long tree branch that fell down during bad weather. That branch needs to be cut up and removed as well. The whole idea is to clean the place up so it looks nice and neat when you leave. If you would be interested in doing regular maintenance every two (2) weeks or monthly, please give an estimate for that as well. IMPORTANT: Please answer the following two (2) questions.
