Machine shop in Novato is looking for a Part Detailer. This is an entry level position, but industry experience is desirable. You will be working closely with our Production Manager, Quality Manager and Senior Machinists to support production of manufactured parts. Specific Duties include: 1.) Part deburring (finishing with various deburring equipment including hand tools, polishing equipment, scrapers, etc.) 2.) Part cleaning (use of a parts washer and manual/ hand cleaning required) 3.) Part assembly and hardware installation 4.) Part marking (ink stamps, etc) Note that in your role, you will be required to carefully and consistently follow sometimes complex written procedures.
