Maintenance Technicians, Handymen, and Skilled Tradesmen Wanted - Competitive Pay PLUS Excellent Benefits Package!!! Starting between $25 - $30 per hour West Coast Property Maintenance Company () provides general maintenance, handyman, vacancy preparation, remodeling, and new construction services for property owners and property managers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. These services include, but are not limited to, general carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, mold remediation, lead remediation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and new construction. We have immediate openings for highly-motivated and qualified team members who are capable of performing a variety of maintenance and/or construction-related tasks. Qualifications: - 2+ years general maintenance/construction experience required - Experience in residential maintenance or related field is preferred but not required - Valid California Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance coverage required - Must have a truck able to transport equipment and supplies to worksites - Working knowledge of safe use of hand tools and maintenance procedures required - Must have own tools in safe and working order - Must be physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs - Must be able to document work done and complete work orders - Must work well independently and with other team members - Must be personable and trustworthy, and be able to communicate and interact with residents and property owners - Punctuality required.
