Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Knowledge of: School cleaning problems, hygiene, methods, materials and equipment operation. Principals of sanitation and safety procedures. Good oral and written communication skills. Proper use of chemicals and other cleaning agents. Ability to: Understand and implement both oral and written instructions. ADA Requirement: Meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform assigned duties, including lifting forty (40) pounds on a regular basis and in excess of one hundred thirty (130) pounds with assistance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS • Possess a valid California Driver’s license • Fingerprint clearance prior to employment • TB clearance prior to employment
