Busy Company Seeking Handyman / Contractor for Multiple Jobs – Long Term We are a general contracting company, based in Kent Washington, with renovation and repair projects going in multiple sites around the Puget Sound area. Typically we are renovating between 5 and 15 homes at any given time. Our services are unique in that we renovate homes after the homeowner has moved out, in order to prepare the home to sell on the market. So there is no working "around the owner". The homes are vacant. The range of projects that we undertake vary from small cosmetic / repair jobs with just paint, carpet, and a few light updates and cleaning, to large-scale renovations of homes that have not been updated since their original construction. Our company has renovated over 260 homes. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and have never bounced a check in 15 years. WE ARE SEEKING an all-around handyman / contractor who is skilled in many different facets of home renovation, who is looking for steady and consistent business. This job is ideal for someone who: - Is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor who would enjoy a steady supply of regular work from one single source - Likes variety, and likes to stay busy week in and week out - Can tackle a number of different tasks - Wants to work for a client with organized schedules - Wants to work for a locally owned and operated company - Who does not have a large crew of employees to pay or high overhead to charge clients We have work immediately and are hoping to begin contracting your services immediately.
