Employee has the responsibility as appropriate for working in a highly skilled or specialized area such as overseeing and maintaining a comprehensive horticultural program (plan, order, plant, prune, weed and water). Perform highly skilled or advanced work in the construction, maintenance and repair of City equipment and facilities. This involves a variety of tasks which may subject the employee to heavy lifting and strenuous physical activity.
