If any American citizen is being threatened, fined, or penalized for a failure to comply with COVID vaccine jabs or COVID tests, please immediately educate yourself about your rights as an American citizen... The U.S. Constitution is the 'supreme law of the land' and all state constitutions should recognize this fact and acknowledge this as being true. These COVID mandates and threats are being put forth by government regulatory agencies (like the Department of Health). They have absolutely ZERO judicial authority, but, rather, operate under the 'color of law' in order to bully citizens into compliance. According to the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, all American citizens are entitled to due process in a court of law. What this means is that the Health Department (or any other non judicial governmental agency) cannot charge a citizen with a crime and then decide whether or not the citizen has complied with its demands. It is not authorized by the Constitution to charge a citizen with a crime, to fine them, or send them to jail of its own accord without any involvement from the judiciary. This is an unconstitutional persecution of American citizens and should never be tolerated. Remedy: Educate yourself about your state laws; study your state constitution. Contact your state legislature and tell them that they must intercede on your behalf to end this persection or that the state will be sued for allowing unconstitutional laws to stand. If all else fails, hire a reputable constitutional attorney and sue the state. You are guaranteed to win your case.
