Description

We look forward to in-person worship with you in the garden! The contact information on this form is for COVID-19 tracking purposes, if required by Ventura County Public Health. Before you arrive, please print and sign the Liability Waiver (if you haven't already), located at https://bit.ly/NOUMCWaiver and bring it with you. There will be no public restrooms available, so please plan accordingly. When you arrive, you are welcome to park in open, alternating parking spots. Check-in will begin 20 minutes before the start of the worship service, with entrance at the north end of the building. Please wear your mask and maintain 6 feet of physical separation at all times. At check-in, your temperature will be taken and you will asked about any current symptoms - if your temperature is 100.4 or higher, or you are experiencing any symptoms, you are welcome to participate virtually instead. In case of inclement weather, you are invited to participate virtually at https://gardenchurchoxnard.org/worship. * NOTE: Please do not attend if you have had close contact with a person who is COVID positive within the last two weeks, unless you have received a negative test that was taken on day 5 or later.
