Givens Estates is hiring full-time Groundskeepers. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 7am - 5:30pm. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates! Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to: • General grounds maintenance, repair, and landscape services • Assist with the construction of landscape gardens and related areas • Support in managing our Integrated Pest Management program as part of a sustainable landscape • Herbaceous and woody plant installation and maintenance • Managing the composting program • Proper application of organic fertilizers and pesticides • Skilled use of power equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and edgers • Irrigation and turf maintenance • The daily upkeep of campus grounds Compensation: $14.50 – $15.50 per hour Benefits include: • Uniform and Boot Allowance • Three major medical health insurance plans with dental and vision care at no additional cost • Paid time off accrual • 403(b) retirement plan with up to a 6% matching of employee contribution • Educational assistance • No cost life & short-term disability insurance • Flexible spending account • Access to AFLAC & Lincoln Life insurance products To learn more, reply with your contact information and resume or provide a brief summary of your work experience.
