MELROSE, MA — A local man is dead after a crash on a Kentucky interstate. Andre Ribeirinha Braga, 22, was killed Thursday morning in a single-car crash on I-75. Scott County investigators said speed was a factor, according to WTQV in Kentucky. Braga was pronounced dead at the scene. Braga attended Xavier University in Cincinnati.
